Terms, Conditions and Usage Policies

Ordering
Order can be placed by mail, fax, phone or e-mail. Orders must include quantity, part name, part numbers and total dollars per part. Please contact Bird Barrier for a shipping quotation.

Shipping
Bird Barrier products can be shipped, UPS, Federal Express . Order received before noon (Pacific Time) can generally ship the same day. Custom cut net orders made take a day before shipping out. Large custom nets may take up to six weeks for delivery. The customer is responsible for shipping costs from Bird Barrier and should a return be necessary, back to Bird Barrier.

Payment Method and Terms
Bird Barrier accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

All credit card orders will be processed the day the products are shipped. Bird Barrier is not responsible for late or delay shipments or damage in transit.

Return Policy
Returns will not be accepted after 14 days of receipt and Bird Barrier must be notified in advance of the return. Returned items must be in their original packing so they can be resold. A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returns, and will be subtracted from the refund. All returns after 15 days with notification may be returned at Bird Barriers discretion but up to a 50% restocking fee will apply.
